Refund policy

We take pride in creating custom-made press-on nails tailored to each customer’s preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or damages. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or resold to another customer.

If you are unsure about your nail size, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist you in selecting the right size to ensure a perfect fit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please email us at liliananails1314@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (all of our press-on nails are handmade and customized).
  • Orders due to sizing issues. Please reach out before purchasing if you need assistance with sizing.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
