Processing Time

Note for Custom Orders:
Custom press-on nail sets take 7–15 business days to complete, depending on current order volume and workload. Please allow additional time when ordering a customized set.

Estimated Delivery Time

2–5 business days
Please note: This is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rules

  • Most orders are shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We do not guarantee delivery times.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot retrieve, redirect, or cancel it.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier

  • Tracking numbers that do not update

  • Items without insurance

No refunds or replacements will be provided for these cases. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Order Cancellation

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped within that time, cancellation is not possible.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be recalled.
